Deadline for submission:

The evaluation of abstracts for the eligible free paper presentation will be made by an international scientific committee by middle of October 2014. All submitting authors will be notified about the evaluation by email. 

A jury is going to evaluate the best poster on Wednesday, 3rd December 2014 during lunch break. Please note that the presenters need to be next to their poster for answering questions during the viewing. The best poster will be awarded with 2000.- Euro on Thursday, 4th December 2014 after the last session.
